Christine Kelleher is responsible for investment sourcing and evaluation, guiding Avec Capital in anticipating institutional investors’ portfolio needs and allocation priorities, and monitoring the partners’ investments. Previously, Christine was senior investment officer for Georgetown University. She assisted with the founding and development of the Investment Office in July 2004 and served as acting chief investment officer in 2011. In 2012, Christine was named one of aiCIO’s Chief Investment Officer Forty [mostly] under Forty.  Previously, Christine served as a member of the executive team and as an officer to the Board of Trustees of the Central European University, founded by George Soros, in Budapest, Hungary. She received a BA in international relations and Russian from Bucknell University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and holds MAs in Russian and East European studies and in Central European history from Georgetown University. Ms. Kelleher serves on the board of the Bucknell University Alumni Association. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
 
Matt Kelty  Prior to co-founding LNC Partners, Mr. Kelty was a Principal at Allied Capital Corporation, where he was involved in originating, evaluating, executing and monitoring mezzanine debt, secured debt and control investments across a broad range of industries. He served as a director or observer on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies, and also led a niche strategy focused on insurance services that produced several proprietary investment opportunities.
Before joining Allied Capital in 2004, Mr. Kelty spent three years at Blue Point Capital Partners focused on control equity investments in lower middle market companies. He began his career in the Fixed Income Division at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Marlin is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions involving aerospace / defense and IT firms and has been quoted in publications including Federal Times, Bloomberg, and GovConExec, amongst others, and guest lecturer at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He is the 2016-17 President of ACG National Capital  and on the Board of the No. VA Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business MBA Alumni Advisory Council.  Mr. Marlin received an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where he graduated Valedictorian. Mr. Marlin also received a B.B.A from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
 
Leigh Ann Schultz is a dynamic growth market-focused leader advising high-growth companies and providing high-stakes solutions. She has more than 20 years of Big Four accounting, industry, consulting, and regulatory experience. Leigh Ann specializes in assisting companies and investors throughout the merger and acquisition (M&A) life cycle, helping businesses prepare to file initial public offerings (IPOs) and get ready for life as public companies. As a leader in MorganFranklin's Corporate Investigations & Dispute Solutions practice, she helps companies deter, manage, and remediate corporate investigations or anti-bribery claims in accordance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Leigh Ann leverages her experiences to provide a thoughtful and perceptive approach during urgent situations. She has led numerous buy-side and sell-side activities, including sales through bankruptcy auction, and she has deep experience in post-merger integration and operational process improvement. Leigh Ann has worked with numerous companies registering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), prepared SEC filings, and responded to SEC comment letters. In addition, she has performed numerous high-profile investigations, including leading the forensic accounting component of a worldwide FCPA monitorship case and serving in a lead role on an SEC monitorship case.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Leigh Ann served as the Mid-Atlantic Managing Director for Riveron Consulting, where she led the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Previously, she served in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance, specializing in the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, accounting and disclosures, IPOs, and U.S. GAAP. Leigh Ann also served as Director of Financial Advisory Services at AlixPartners and Assistant Controller at Consolidated Communications and TXU Communications. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President, Controller, and Corporate Secretary at Logix Communications, as well as Assistant Controller at Dobson Communications and Senior at Ernst & Young.
