The economic instability of the last several years threw a wrench into even the most thoughtful business plans.  In 2014, several regional companies emerged from the rough waters in stronger shape than they were before.   Now,
with a brief period of budgetary calm, soaring equity markets, and low interest rates, these leaders are positioned to surge ahead.

This interactive session will feature business leaders who will explore the following:
•  What strategies have been particularly effective in helping small and medium-sized businesses focus on the prize while navigating the ups and downs of a challenging market?  How have they:
     •  Balanced short-term financial realities with long-term strategic planning?
     •  Nurtured corporate culture and focused employees on corporate objectives?
     •  Utilized M&A to their advantage?
•  How do  managers evaluate the cost of new investments against the pressure to maintain profit/stability?
•  How do you know when you are failing?  What steps did you take to get back on track?

Please join us in sharing and absorbing perspectives in a highly interactive roundtable on Tuesday morning, Sept. 16th, 7:30-9:15 am.
