Evening Speaker: Thomas F. "Mack" McLarty III, Former White House Chief of Staff for Bill Clinton. 

Mr. McLarty is the Chairman of McLarty Companies, a third-generation family transportation business based in Little Rock, Arkansas. From 1993 to 1997,  Mr. McLarty served in several senior positions in the Clinton White House. As Special Envoy for the Americas, he served as President Clinton's personal representative to the western hemisphere and coordinated U.S. policy in the region, including U.S. participation in the 1998 Summit of the Americas in Chile.
