Dr. Winter brings an in-depth understanding of the technology needs of the intelligence community and commercial industry. He was most recently Chief Technology Officer for Public Sector Security within the Enterprise Security Unit at Hewlett Packard. Dr. Winter also spent more than 27 years at the National Security Agency, including service as the Associate Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Information Integration.

Christine Kelleher, Senior Investment Officer, Georgetown University Endowment
She is primarily responsible for non-U.S. and private equity investments. She joined the Investment Office at its founding in July 2004. Previously, Christine worked in the Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies in Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. From 1995 to 1999, she served as a member of the management team and as an officer to the Board of Trustees of the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.

Alona Ponomareva, Principal Portfolio Manager, The World Bank Pension Plan. 
Alona
is a member of the Private Equity team of the World Bank’s Pension and Endowments Department which she joined in 2001. In addition to her focus on private equity, Ms. Ponomareva has spent almost nine years as Investment Officer for International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank and the largest private investor in emerging markets worldwide. While at IFC, Ms. Ponomareva focused on manufacturing investments in Latin America and infrastructure investments in Eastern Europe, including a 5-year overseas posting in Ukraine.

Jonathan Wilson, Senior Investment Analyst, Kemper Corporate Services, Inc.

Mr. Wilson co-founded EJF Capital LLC ("EJF") in 2005. EJF manages a diverse group of alternative investment strategies for individuals, institutions, foundations and endowments. It is comprised of 17 investment professionals and 36 total employees, and manages approximately $3.1 billion in hedge fund assets in various strategies (as of December 1, 2012).

Prior to forming EJF Capital, Mr. Wilson served as Senior Managing Director for both the Alternative Asset Investments and Private Wealth Management groups at Friedman Billings Ramsey Group (NYSE: FBR), which had in aggregate more than $1.5 billion in assets under management.
